1. About Saanj

Saanj is a design studio based in India that sells handcrafted, made-to-order 3D printed lamps. Our store is operated via Shopify and products are shipped from India.

2. Orders and payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. All prices are listed in INR unless otherwise stated.

3. Made to order

All products are made to order. Production begins after payment is confirmed. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships.

5. Intellectual property

All content on saanj.design — including product designs, images, text, and the Saanj brand — is the intellectual property of Saanj. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saanj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
