Refund & Return Policy

Every Saanj lamp is made to order, just for you. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or defective items

If your lamp arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right. Email us at hello@saanj.design within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damage or defect
• A brief description of the issue

We’ll assess your request and offer a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.

Wrong item received

If you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will send the correct item at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After 12 hours, production may have already begun and we are unable to cancel or modify your order.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
